Endodontics is the branch of dentistry specialized in treating the root canals of the tooth, but it is popularly known as “killing the nerve”. Its main function is to partially or totally extract the dental pulp that has been damaged or infected and then fill the dental space and thus return the functionality to the tooth and end the pain.

Thanks to the endodontic treatment, the affectations of the root canals that previously caused the extraction of the tooth, can now be treated in a less invasive way, preserving the functionality of the tooth.
